Franchise Attorney Matthew J. Kreutzer Joins Armstrong Teasdale

Franchise attorney Matthew J. Kreutzer has joined Armstrong Teasdale LLP as a partner in the Las Vegas office. Kreutzer, most recently with Holland & Hart LLP, has experience handling franchise system disputes through negotiation, arbitration, and litigation. He has assisted franchisors in developing, protecting and licensing their franchise systems by creating and registering franchise disclosure documents and by drafting other operational documents. His 10 years of franchise law experience enhances the services Armstrong Teasdale provides to its national and international franchise clients in the St. Louis and Kansas City offices.

Kreutzer received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 1998 and his B.S. from American University in 1995. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California, State Bar of Maryland, Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association and International Franchise Association. In addition, Kreutzer sits on the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California. Kreutzer frequently serves as a guest speaker on franchise issues at programs around the country. He is a repeat contributor to the Clark County Bar Association magazine, The Communique, and has written for other area publications such as the Las Vegas Business Press, the Business Resource Guide and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce’s Business Voice. Kreutzer is admitted to practice in Nevada, California and Maryland.
