Thailand Native Claims Major Legal Victory for Widows

NewsChannel 5's Jeff Small reports on how the U.S. government agreed to end legal efforts to deport immigrant widows in Florida, Maryland, Missouri, New York, and Texas following the deaths of their husbands.

Armstrong Teasdale attorneys James Virtel, Chad Silker, and Darryl Chatman represented Khamphee Kells. Kells, a native of Thailand, was married to Sgt. Robert K. Kells for nine months when he died in a motorcycle accident.
