Armstrong Teasdale Adds Client Relations Director

Stephanie Thum, a former executive client communication strategist for Ernst & Young, has joined Armstrong Teasdale LLP as the law firm’s first Director of Client Relations.

In this newly created role, Thum is responsible for working with priority clients and their Armstrong Teasdale service teams to ensure a positive experience with the firm’s lawyers and staff.

Thum has some 21 years of business experience, including more than eight years in client relations and business development at Ernst & Young, where her work focused primarily on priority accounts in territories that included St. Louis, Detroit, upstate New York, Pittsburgh and all of Ohio. She is also a nationally published writer on customer service, social media, health care, construction, energy and environmental topics.

A native of Kennett, MO, Thum earned a master’s degree in corporate communication from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA, and a bachelor’s degree in radio-television from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR.
