Carpenter and Lorenz-Moser Join Armstrong Teasdale

Armstrong Teasdale LLP announces the addition of litigation partners Daniel Carpenter and Amy J. Lorenz-Moser to the St. Louis office. Carpenter and Lorenz-Moser, formerly with the St. Louis office of Bryan Cave LLP, focus their practice on personal injury defense, including product liability and toxic tort. With the hiring of Carpenter and Lorenz-Moser, Armstrong Teasdale has added five lawyers to its Litigation practice group within the past 90 days, increasing the group’s size to 100 members.

Carpenter received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1993 and his B.J., cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1990. With more than 15 years of experience, much of his work involves defending injuries arising out of accidents involving machinery and consumer products. Carpenter has also served as national coordinating counsel for an international forklift manufacturer in warehouse products cases. He is a member of The Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association. Carpenter is a member of the Webster Groves Presbyterian Church, where he has served as Elder and Stewardship Chair.

Lorenz-Moser received her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, and holds a B.A. degree from Webster University. She is an experienced litigator who concentrates her practice on complex personal-injury defense, including product liability and toxic tort defense. She has successfully defended companies in state and federal courts across the country involving a variety of industrial and consumer products. Lorenz-Moser has also served as national counsel on selected litigation for multiple businesses. She regularly handles cases involving catastrophic injuries or death, and has extensive experience in all aspects of damages defense, including medical and psychological issues, as well as life-care planning and vocational rehabilitation issues. Lorenz-Moser also represents victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis through the Missouri Clemency Coalition.
